What does “moderate-to-vigorous” physical activity mean?

Most of the physical activity guidelines refer to 150 minutes a week of “moderate-to-vigorous” physical activity. The easiest way to think of this is a “brisk walk” – walking at a pace of 100 steps per minute or faster, for at least 10 minutes in a row.
