What do I do if I have a technical issue with the app such as freezing, crashing or some other random technical issue?

  1. Check that you are running the latest version of Vivace. If not, please update the latest version.
  2. Please force quit the app and reopen.

  3. If this doesn’t work, please delete the app and reinstall it. You won’t lose your Vivace account.
