How do I sync steps from my wearable with VIvace?

Vivace gets all of its step count data from Apple Health, so to sync steps from your wearable you need to sync your wearable’s step count data with Apple Health. For most wearables this means opening the companion app for the wearable, making sure bluetooth on your iPhone is turned on, and then letting the wearable’s app sync its data with Apple HealthKit. You should try to do this at least once a day (and definitely before you go to bed) so that your steps from the day get recorded in Vivace for that day – this is important if you are enrolled in the “Goals and Planning” program and it’s a goal day for you, or if you are enrolled in the “Challenges” program and you’re signed up for a challenge.
