I’m having issues with the step tracking.

Please check your step tracking settings.
Health
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Privacy
3. Click Health
4. Click Vivace
5. Turn Steps on all categories.
Motion & Fitness
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Privacy
3. Click Motion & Fitness

4. Turn on Vivace

Location Services
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Privacy
4. Click Vivace

5. Select Always
