I think the actual steps and the measured steps are not sometimes same.

Your iPhone is packed with some amazing sensor technology, and if you have a wearable step counter it is too. But none of these is perfect, so sometimes the actual number of steps you take and the number that gets recorded are exactly the same. It’s ok – they’re generally pretty accurate, especially in terms of measuring your trends up or down. We’ve found from our test users that the biggest differences happen when people walk without their phones and aren’t using a wearable step tracker. So try to keep your phone with you at all times – even if it’s in your pocket or your purse it’ll be pretty close!
